Ainslee Wead, CMT is a Virginia Licensed and Nationally Certified Massage Therapist who is passionate about people, serving, and healing. She works with clients to overcome injuries, reduce stress, reach their fitness goals, and improve holistic health. She believes that integrating regular massage into one’s lifestyle truly can make a physical difference in the every day.
Ainslee has had over six years of experience working with thousands of clients of varying ages, careers, injuries, fitness goals, stress levels, and massage needs.

She is certified and trained to perform the massage modalities of Swedish, therapeutic Deep Tissue, Sports (as well as pre-and post-event), Myofascial Release (MFR), Neuromuscular (NMT), Pre/Postnatal, Trigger Point Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, muscle energy technique‘s, and joint mobilization.
Ainslee graduated from the National Massage Therapy Institute of Falls Church, VA at the top of her class. Her program was a comprehensive 900-hour program that included courses in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, customer service, business & career development, and massage laws & regulations. This has given her a solid understanding of the body and enables her to effectively communicate with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment programs for her clients.

Ainslee has founded Hands of Healing Charlottesville to bring her skills, experience, and knowledge to the people of Charlottesville.
